21 moves; Meaning: Dan-Gun (dawn-goon) the legendary founder of Korea in the year 2333 B.C. This form has 21 moves but only counts to 20 due to the introduction of combination on move 13.

Left back stance, double knife hand block
Step right front stance, right punch
Turn 180° to the right to right back stance, double knife hand block
Step left front stance, left punch
Turn 180° to the left/front to a left front stance, left low block

One Step Sparring Drills:
Attacker: States "ready Sir/Ma'am", steps right foot, right hand punch face high when instructed to attack.
Defender: Yells "attack" when executes techniques below aiming to within approximately 2 inches of the specific target areas. Yelling on last technique signifies defender has completed drill.
Left front kick landing in left front stance, left palm heel block downwards, right reverse ridge hand and yell. To escape left foot step behind your right foot landing in a right back stance. Keep hands up throughout.
Step out into a left front stance to the left 45°, right reverse hooking block, two right middle round kicks landing behind you in left back stance, left back fist, left jump front kick (up with the back kick with the front) and yell. To escape left foot step behind your right foot landing in a right back stance. Keep hands up throughout.
Step out into a right front stance to the right 45°, left outer forearm block, right punch, left foot steps through close to right foot, turn look to right spin outside crescent kick landing behind you in left back stance, left round kick and yell. To escape left foot step behind your right foot landing in a right back stance. Keep hands up throughout.
Progress Stripes and Rank Test Requirements
Green Stripe - When awarded this indicates the student can demonstrate and relate basic elements of the following to the instructor team:
Blocks - Double Knife Hand, Square Block, and Downward Palm Block
Strikes - Ridge Hand
Kicks - Round Kick, Spin Crescent, and Jump Front Kick
Blue Stripe - When awarded this indicates the student can demonstrate and relate all moves of the assigned form by the student's count without mistake or assistance. The student must also know the name, meaning and number of moves.
Red Stripe - When awarded this indicates the student can demonstrate all assigned One Step Sparring Drill combinations including the correct attack for each One Step. Students will only be tested for progress stripes and rank using a right hand attack even though both may be practiced in class at times.
Black Stripe - When awarded this indicates the student has received current green, blue and red progress stripes and has demonstrated proficiency in all previous Red Stripe drills. This stripe is not required for testing, but is a major contributing factor in retention of past skills.
Yellow/Gold - When awarded this indicates the student has received current green, blue and red progress stripes and has demonstrated proficiency in all previous forms. This stripe is not required for testing, but is a major contributing factor in retention of past skills.
Rank Test - Will require students to perform each of the skills for which the Blue Stripe and Red Stripe are awarded but may be asked bonus questions from the online workbook information or to perform other progress skills throughout his/her rank. Students will also be required to have eighteen (18) class credits prior to the end of the testing cycle and have received each progress stripe for their current rank.
